Partial legislature: with the re-election of Marie-Christine Dalloz in the Jura, the Republicans greet a new victory

The right-wing elected candidate, who has been a member of the National Assembly since 2007, won 73.76 per cent of the votes in the second round on Sunday, 6 April. His election in June had been invalidated due to the curate of the RN candidate.

In 2025, the by-elections smiled on the right. Candidate LR was widely re-elected as a member of the Jura Parliament. A success expected to be added to those of February, but which nevertheless falls within a context of low turnout.

The election of the right-wing candidate had been cancelled by the Constitutional Council on the grounds of the irregular candidacy of a RN candidate, Thierry Mosca.

This Sunday, April 6, the voters of the 2nd district of Jura will elect their new deputy. This second round of the by-elections between the outgoing Marie-Christine Dalloz (LR) and Gilles Guichon (RN). As a reminder, the July 2024 election had been cancelled because of the ineligibility of the then RN candidate.

At the end of the second round of the partial legislature in the 2nd district of Jura, Sunday, April 6, 2025, Marie-Christine Dalloz (The Republicans) was elected with 73.76% of the vote against a candidate National Rally. The ballot had been invalidated because of the irregular candidacy of an RN candidate.

The outgoing MP LR was re-elected 73.76% of the vote against the RN, following the second round of the by-election in the 2nd district of Jura.
