The non-governmental research organization RISE Moldova has been declared indispensable in the territory of the Russian Federation by a decision of the General Prosecutor and of the Ministry of Justice of Moscow. Consequently, Russian citizens who cooperate with the organisation or provide financial support are at risk of threats of up to $6,000 and imprisonment for up to six years.
