Rio Hondo students build 24-foot homecoming mum

RIO HONDO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Life skill students from Rio Hondo High School built a 24-foot homecoming mum to capture the heart of their spirit. Other clubs, such as Art, Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America, Band, and the yearbook, also contributed to the mum by adding ribbons and other pieces to help make it unique for the entire school.
