Rinnai America Corporation Promotes Perry McGuire to Senior Vice President, Legal, Government Affairs & People
Perry McGuire will also oversee People & Culture as Rinnai says the promotion supports talent development and organizational alignment across the company.
On Tuesday, Rinnai America Corporation promoted Perry McGuire to Senior Vice President, Legal, Government Affairs & People, expanding his role to include oversight of the company's People & Culture function.
McGuire joined Rinnai in 2020 as Vice President and General Counsel after serving more than five years as an external legal partner at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, where he practiced corporate law.
As a registered lobbyist, McGuire has advocated for legislation preserving access to a full range of fuel options for homeowners and trade professionals. His new responsibilities include supporting talent development and organizational alignment across the company.
Frank Windsor, President of Rinnai America Corporation, called McGuire a "strong, strategic leader" who has guided Rinnai through complex legal and policy issues, describing him as a "natural fit" for the expanded role.
McGuire brings more than two decades of legal and executive experience, including prior service as a corporate attorney for Chick-fil-A Inc. and as a Senator. Rinnai, based in Peachtree City, Georgia, generates annual revenues exceeding $3.3 billion.
