Rigel Announces Oral and Poster Presentations at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting and EHA2026 Congress
Rigel said the studies showed a 72% infection rate in GAVRETO patients and a 60.8% remission rate for olutasidenib in AML.
On Thursday, Rigel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced final Phase 3 AcceleRET-Lung trial data for GAVRETO and real-world outcomes for REZLIDHIA will be presented at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting and EHA2026 Congress.
Rigel will present the Phase 3 AcceleRET-Lung study demonstrating GAVRETO's primary progression-free survival endpoint in RET fusion-positive NSCLC, alongside new real-world data for REZLIDHIA in relapsed or refractory AML.
Data includes a 60.8% CR/CRh rate for REZLIDHIA and an estimated 74% 48-month overall survival for GAVRETO. "Together, these data reinforce our ability to deliver targeted therapies," Rigel CEO Raul Rodriguez said.
Safety profiles remain a focus, with infections occurring in 72% of GAVRETO-treated patients during the AcceleRET-Lung trial and 23% of REZLIDHIA patients experiencing hepatotoxicity including grade 3 or 4 events.
Investors are monitoring how these results translate into label evolution and real-world clinical adoption, particularly regarding management of infection and hepatotoxicity signals in broader patient populations.
