Ribbon-cutting celebrates unique moon tree growing at Hampton elementary school

Hampton City Schools is celebrating a unique tree growing at one of the districts elementary schools.Wednesday afternoon, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the moon tree at Mary W.
