Taxi enforcement officers from Ribble Valley Borough Council, working alongside the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), have carried out a new round of unannounced vehicle checks across the district.Eight vehicles, made up of both private hire cars and hackney carriages, were inspected during the operation.
