Lincoln, Rhode Island’s fire marshal faces charges in connection with the distribution and possession of child sex abuse material from online chats, United States Attorney Leah Foley’s office said Friday. Jeffrey Almond, 41, was indicted on one count of receipt of child pornography, one count of possession of child pornography and two counts of attempted transfer of obscene material to a minor.
