Rhoden, Noem attend South Dakota naturalization ceremony

KEYSTONE, SD – -Governor Larry Rhoden calls Mount Rushmore “one of the greatest symbols of freedom in the world.” He reflected on the national memorial during a recent trip for a naturalization ceremony.  Seventy-two people raised their right hand and became citizens last Thursday.  Former South Dakota Governor and current Homeland Secretary Kristi Noem attended the event, which took place right underneath Mount Rushmore.
