The Scary Movie franchise is returning to cinemas after a 13-year hiatus to dust off the horror parody genre it once defined. The sixth installment, directed by American Michael Tiddes, attempts to break with cancel culture and get back to the comedy's gritty roots. The obvious attraction is the return of the original American cast, brothers Marlon and Shawn Wayans, along with Anna Faris and Regina Hall.
