French liberal nurses will be gradually increased by more than EUR 500 million a year, as a result of an agreement between their unions and health insurance.
Thanks to the agreement, a liberal nurse will receive at the end of 2027 around 306 euros of additional turnover, i.e. half in net income, according to the union's estimates. Trade unions still demand measures on fuel.

The 130,000 French liberal nurses will be gradually raised by more than 500 million euros per year thanks to a conventional agreement with Health Insurance which the unions promised on Tuesday 31 March 2026 to sign, even if they consider it "insufficient" after years of stagnation.
