Retired police boss Asan Kasingye goes public over threats from Kira Rd DPC

Former Uganda Police spokesperson and Chief Political Commissar, AIGP Asan Kasigye, had an outburst on Friday over what he described as threats from the Kira Road DPC, Boniface Kinyera.
