Ranchi, Apr 21 (PTI) Retired Jharkhand High Court judge, Justice Amitav Kumar Gupta, was on Tuesday sworn in as the state’s new Lokayukta.Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar administered the oath of office to him during a ceremony at the Lok Bhavan here.
