In the wake of the criticisms surrounding the adoption of Bill 69 on responsible governance of energy resources, the Minister of Economy, Innovation and Energy, Christine Fréchette, has chosen to review the timetable, leading to the Vision-Energy Tour, which is expected to lead to the implementation of an Integrated Energy Resource Management Plan (IPERP).
