Residents speak out against request to rezone Booker Street property

Nearly a dozen Sulphur Springs residents spoke in opposition to a requestto change a Booker Street property from single family to multifamily zoning during Monday night’s Planning & Zoning Commission meeting; a proposed amendment to the City of Sulphur Springs’ policies regarding where tattoo and body piercing establishments and certain parking requirements were also discussed at the meeting.
