New Biomarker May Be the First Specific and Quantifiable Indicator for Confirming Long COVID

LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AUG 11 – Researchers detected 65 distinct SARS-CoV-2 protein fragments in blood extracellular vesicles of long COVID patients, absent in pre-pandemic controls, suggesting a specific biomarker.
