Ensenada, July 28th. Four people were helped by lifeguards from the Fire Department when they had trouble getting out of the sea at Cactus Beach. The rescuers made a surveillance tour when they visualized the four people, including two minors, within a current of return. Noting that they were in trouble, the operative elements carried out the corresponding rescue, putting them to safety. None of the four required medical attention. You may also …
