Mexican Oils (Pemex) reported a new steam leak at the Olmeca refinery, Dos Bocas, in Tabasco, in a storage tank. “There was no fire or reported damage to personnel, population or facilities,” noted the oil company headed by Víctor Rodríguez Padilla.
