Report: CIA Had Foreknowledge of Nord Stream Attacks
- DER SPIEGEL said on Thursday that CIA officers in Kyiv met with Ukrainian operatives in spring 2022 to discuss plans to destroy the pipelines, prompting questions about involvement.
