Tijuana.- Tijuana City Council opened the newly remodeled Shelter for Women Victims of Violence and their Daughters and Children to offer a dignified, safe and confidential space to those facing risk situations. Municipal President Ismael Burgueño Ruiz went to the facilities to lead a tour in the areas that were rehabilitated, such as bedrooms, kitchen, patio and laundry room.
