(Reno, NV) — A woman from Reno is filing a legal claim against the city after she was injured in a rollover crash in Stead. Debi Vidal crashed in mid-June after driving over two temporary road patches. Vidal says she was going five miles per hour slower than the speed limit when she crashed.
