On the night of 4th June in Hapur, UP, at Chhijarsi toll plaza, when money was not deducted from the fastag, the toll workers misbehaved with the car driver and took off his gold ring. When the video of this went viral on social media, there was an uproar. The owner of the victim driver had complained about this to the police as well as NHI. After investigation, NHI has imposed a fine of Rs 7 lakh on the company.
