On January 9, 2005, boys, out of boredom, threw a paving stone off the Hoekpolder viaduct in Rijswijk. Louise-Angelique Donk was driving her Fiat on the highway at the time. The paving stone flew through her windshield, and she died. Her sister, Ingeborg (37), is keeping a close eye on incidents on viaducts around Apeldoorn. By sharing her story, she hopes to raise awareness of the terrible consequences of such actions.
