REINBECK — When an estimated 20,000 RAGBRAI riders rolled into Reinbeck as the Day 5 meeting town, local volunteers were prepared for more than just welcoming cyclists. They were also ready to tackle thousands of discarded bottles and cans thanks to a small Iowa grant that delivered a big environmental impact.
