Rehoboth gets first second-hand clothing store

The first second-hand women’s vintage clothing store at Rehoboth has opened its doors. The founders of New2you Boutique, Adelle and Chantelle Cloete, say the idea for the boutique was sparked due to public demand and to make fashion more affordable.
