Since 17 February Lithuania has started issuing updated vehicle registration certificates and has changed the location of the information and the presentation of part of the data. It is important for drivers to know that previously issued certificates do not need to be changed; they remain valid. New documents will only be issued when new registration procedures are carried out, as mentioned in the Regitra message.
