In addition to the six deaths recorded since the beginning of the balnear period, four of them were drowned, AMN also recorded 513 rescues and 1.215 first rescue operations.


In addition, between 1 May and 31 July 513 rescues and 1,215 first aid operations were carried out.
The deaths by burial took place in the Praia de Carcavelos (supervised beach), in the council of Cascais, district of Lisbon, in the international castle of the River Minho (non-survivated maritime zone), in the road, in the district of Viana do Castelo, and in the Praia de Pedrógón, district of Leiria, which was not observed on the date of the accident.
