FARGO — Six regional players from the Red River Valley and North Dakota were selected in this week’s Western Hockey League Prospects Draft among 205 overall picks. Tate Bergeson, a 5-foot-5, 126-pound left winger from Moorhead was selected in the third round (66th overall) by the Penticton Vees. The 14-year-old played with the Minnesota Blue Ox 14U team and the Moorhead Bantam AA team last season. With the Blue Ox, he had 30 points in 18 games. …
