The regional director of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Leonardo Rosas, representing Governor Luis Neyra León, met with the Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur), Ursula León Chempen, committing himself to working in an articulated way to carry out a comprehensive investment programme, in order to promote beach tourism in the region.
