- Kent County Council leader Linden Kemkaran aims to save £32 million and stated, "Reform wants to create an office 'repopulation plan'" to bring 500 workers back.
- Antony Hook, a Liberal Democrat leader, criticized Reform's agenda as "too thin" and said, "You can't run a council like this...I'm fast losing confidence in this council."
- The council intends to bring children's care homes back in-house to save money in children’s services, as suggested by Kemkaran.
