Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa (JSW) has adopted a recovery plan. It includes measures to improve financial liquidity, including obtaining prepayments and selling selected assets, deferring payments to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), reducing capital expenditures, and optimizing operating costs.
JSW has adopted a Recovery Program for 2026–2035. This effectively extends and expands the actions the company has been taking for the past year. The program aims to restore the JSW Group's long-term profitability and adapt its business scale to market and operational conditions. With a significant reduction in employment, the Group aims to significantly increase coal production.
