(Red Oak) A Red Oak man was arrested early Saturday morning, May 23, according to Red Oak Police. Authorities say 30-year-old Daniel John Platt, of Red Oak, was taken into custody at approximately 2:23 a.m. on charges of second-offense OWI, an aggravated misdemeanor, and Eluding, a serious misdemeanor. Platt was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held on a $2,000 cash or surety bond.
