CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Southeast Wyoming is facing a drastic weather shift as critical fire conditions and near-record heat today give way to a cold front bringing 30-degree temperature drops and potential snow by Tuesday. Meteorologists with the National Weather Service in Cheyenne have issued a red flag warning for nearly all of southeast Wyoming through 9 p.m. High temps are expected to climb into the mid-70s and mid-80s east of the Laramie Range. …
