The Costa Rican Red Cross is holding the roll of a light vehicle in El Guarco, Carthage, on Route 2.The incident was reported to the emergency services after the car was tipped over and with a person pressed inside the structure, which caused the displacement of multiple resources. Shortly before noon, the rescuers confirmed the patient’s release. “The extraction maneuvers with vertical rescue equipment are started,” they added.
