Recreational Marijuana Petition to Circulate Starting in Early August
Starting on August 6, 2025, registered Oklahoma voters will be asked to sign an initiative petition to put recreational cannabis back on the ballot. Oklahomans for Responsible Cannabis Action (ORCA) posted on its Facebook page Monday that it had received all the required paperwork from the Oklahoma Secretary of State.
