A Tulsa man drowned Saturday after jumping into the water near Bluestem Falls in Osage County, according to the Pawhuska Police Department. Oklahoma Highway Patrol said 24-year-old Morpheis Xiavier Elijahwahn Timmons went under the surface and did not resurface for unknown reasons while jumping from rocks into the water.
