Record number of homes went up for sale in CK last month

The Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors (CKAR) is reporting a record number of houses going up for sale last month across the municipality.CKAR said 329 new listings in June was an increase of 4.1 per cent, or 13 homes, from June 2025.According to CKAR, new listings were also 16.6 per cent above the five-year average and 40.5 per cent above the 10-year average for the month of June.The association also noted home sales last month remained stagn…
