Reasons for the Attorney General's Office to File for Confiscation of Tom Lembong's Electronic Devices to the Panel of Judges

The Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) reviewed the reasons for the Public Prosecutor (JPU) to confiscate electronic goods in the form of an iPad and Macbook belonging to the former Minister of Trade (Mendag) Thomas Trikasih Lembong alias Tom Lembong, the defendant in the Ministry of Trade (Kemendag) sugar import corruption case.

The electronic devices are non-static and cannot be used in prison.
