The benchmark listing reveals several key hardware details and hints that the upcoming model may deliver slightly lower performance than the Realme 15T launched last year.

Realme 16T is reportedly under development and is said to hit the market soon. But ahead of it, the handset has appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking site with Android 16 operating system, 8GB RAM and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It could run on a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. For comparison, the Realme 15T has a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Max SoC under the hood. This chipset has a prime CPU core clocked at 2.50GHz.
