Real estate prices in Lithuania are growing the fastest in Europe. Over the past 5 years, housing prices have increased by 80 percent. Economists say this is a consequence of a rapidly growing economy and rising wages. Higher real estate prices do not deter buyers. According to the Center of Registers, in the first half of this year, almost 8 percent more transactions were concluded than last year.
