RCMP urge safe driving as Sask. traffic deaths more than double from last year

Between June 1 and July 22, RCMP officers responded to 23 fatal collisions that claimed 27 lives across the province. Since July 10 alone, 11 fatal collisions have resulted in 16 deaths.
