Ray Thomas Hebert M.D, 94, of Montgomery, Texas, passed away July 24, 2026. Born Sept. 21, 1931, to Beulah and Pervis Hebert, the sixth of nine children; Ray grew up in Abbeville, La. After graduating high school, he earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Southwestern Louisiana Institute of Technology, Lafayette in 1953.
