Randal Plunkett is the 21st Baron of Dunsany Castle in Co Meath and a filmmaker. Born in New York, he returned to Dunsany aged 23 and has spent the last decade re-wilding a large portion of the 1,600 acre estate while dedicating the remainder to sustainable plant-based agriculture. His memoir, Wild Thing, is published by Eriu.
