Ramona Community Foundation distributes $27,000 in grants

Six local nonprofits receive grants totaling $27,000 to support youth and elderly services through a fund matched by the San Diego Foundation.

The Ramona Community Foundation has given more than $27,000 in grants to six community organizations. For 2025, the grant recipients were Hearts & Hooves Therapy, $3,500; ArtReach, $3,000; The Art Center Ramona, $3,000; Ramona TIP (Trauma Intervention Program), $4,500; Voices for Children, $4,500; and Ramona Town Hall, $2,500, said Bob Krysak, foundation chairm.
