The lawyer for a Polokwane businessman convicted of murder has pleaded with the High Court in Polokwane, Limpopo, to reinstate his bail. Advocate Saleem Khan, senior counsel, has said that if Rameez Patel’s bail is revoked, it will negatively affect the running of his business and that of the family.
