Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office promotes one of its own to corporal

RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Deputy Steven Frey calls it an honor to be promoted to corporal by Sheriff Frank Priddy. He says especially in Judge Froble’s courtroom, where Frey is the bailiff.
