Raleigh Considers Teen Curfew After 'Takeovers' Led to Shootings

Police said 29 arrests and 11 guns were seized after large teen gatherings turned violent, prompting city leaders to draft a curfew for those 17 and under.

Nine people were injured in shootings during "teen takeover" events in Raleigh over the July 4 weekend, police said.
