A second San Jose restaurant location for cult favorite Raising Cane’s will open early Tuesday on North Capitol Avenue in San Jose. This location will be frying up fresh chicken strips (“fingers” in Cane’s parlance) until after midnight every day — 3:30 a.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and 2 a.m. the other nights of the week.
