Formal signing held to solidify relationship with Tulsa's 9th sister city Mwanza, Tanzania

On Wednesday, representatives from the City of Tulsa and the delegation from Mwanza, Tanzania participated in a formal signing ceremony solidifying the partnership between Tulsa and its ninth sister city.
