Rain wrecks havoc in Chamoli district

In Chamoli district, the weather changed after noon and due to heavy rains, the Mangrigad Gadera flowing near the city area overflowed. Four small vehicles parked near the Gadera were buried under the debris, while debris has accumulated outside a shop. The debris of the Gadera had reached the bridge of Badrinath Highway.
